Chartered accountant and has been running his firm M/s Baldev Kumar & Co since 1994. He has held various positions in the Chandigarh Branch of NIRC of ICAI such as Chairman, Secretary, and Vice-Chairman. He served as the Director on the Board of State Bank of Patiala and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2014 to 2017.

He has invested in over 30 start-ups in different sectors in the last two years. With more than 28 years of experience, he has advised many businesses in areas of business expansion and finance. Moreover, he is currently serving on the board of directors of three startups.
